Before confirming an order, please check it carefully as some phone models have really similar names. Our phone cases are designed with your phone model in mind, so they are not transferable with other models. We will be happy to exchange an incorrect item for the right one on safe return to us. Please get in contact with our customer service team at sales@snakehive.co.uk to receive a free returns label. Please note that we will be unable to offer an exchange on items that have been personalised. These are yours to keep!

We send all our UK orders by Royal Mail Second Class post. Any items ordered before 3 pm from Monday to Friday will be posted out the same day. UK orders should arrive within 2-3 working days.

You don’t need to register - we’ve kept it simple. If your case is eligible, just keep proof of purchase handy in case you need to make a claim.
Our warranty covers manufacturing faults or defects - things like stitching coming undone or magnets not working as they should. It doesn’t cover general wear and tear or accidental damage.
Just get in touch with our customer service team with your order number, photos of the issue, and a short description. We'll take it from there.
If we no longer stock the exact item, we’ll offer a like-for-like replacement or a store credit - whichever works best for you.
